Giving Back

We're all told to Give...

Growing up in church, we always hear the typical scriptures:

“Give and it shall be given unto you”
“God loves a cheerful giver”
“Whoso sows sparingly, Shall reap sparingly”

And so this makes us want to give.. in expectation of receiving blessings in our life.

But what happens when we give without the expectation to receive.
What happens when you don’t even have anything to give?
What happens when you don’t feel worthy of receiving in the first place?

But what is the inspiration for giving?

When I first started this brand, I saw myself as unworthy and undeserving. But despite my feelings toward myself, God chose me.

I was at one of the worst places of my life; I viewed myself as less than what God gave His life for… But God knew exactly what I would be struggling with at that appointed time and STILL chose to die for me.

Not only for myself, but for YOU.

God knew where you’d be today, where you were last week, what you were doing and what you’ve planned to do. God foresaw at all and YET He STILL died to save you and loves you even at your worst moments.

This is for you

To the people who are scared to ask.
To the people who are in need.
To the people we as content humans, walk past.
To the people who are ignored.
To the people who don’t know a way out.
To the people who are dying.
To the people who are cold.
To the people who are hungry.
To the people that are struggling.
To the people who feel unseen.

I give to sow a seed of hope. Of purpose. Of Love.

Not because It’s an Obligation,
But because it’s what we’re called to do.
